4.1 Payment for Services will be outlined in the project proposal or agreement. 4.2 A deposit may be required before work commences, with the remaining balance due upon completion or according to agreed-upon milestones. 4.3 Payments must be made promptly according to the agreed-upon schedule. 4.4 Late payments may incur penalties or suspension of Services until payment is received.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Any materials, including code, graphics, and content, developed by us as part of the Services remain the property of Zyntrex Studios until full payment is received. 5.2 Upon full payment, intellectual property rights to the completed website will be transferred to you.

6. Confidentiality

6.1 Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the project. 6.2 Confidential information shall not be disclosed to third parties without the express written consent of the disclosing party.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1 We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use our Services. 7.2 Our liability under these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the Services.

8. Termination

8.1 Either party may terminate the agreement if the other party breaches any material provision of these Terms and fails to remedy the breach within a reasonable period. 8.2 Upon termination, you are responsible for payment for any Services rendered up to the termination date.
